“Three Little Words” by Melissa Tagg

Three Little Words (Walker Family, #0.5)

~ MY (very brief) REVIEW ~

What a good book! It’s short (only 133 pages), but it didn’t seem short or rushed in any way, like most novellas do.

It really is a great book. And I absolutely loved the characters! Can’t wait to read more about this family and “get to know them”. I have a feeling I’m gonna love them! 🙂

~ WHAT SOME OF MY FRIENDS ARE SAYING ABOUT THIS BOOK ~

This is a wonderful novella, and I don’t say that lightly. Usually I find them rushed and abrupt, and they leave me feeling unfulfilled, but that was not the case with Three Little Words.  Read more…

I usually never give five stars to short stories. Because even when I love them a lot, there is always something that leaves me wanting more. Though in this case I could not give less than a five.  Read more…

I loved this novella! It was such a sweet, fun, and clean read! The romance was great and I really loved the way the book ended.  Read more…

It is a Novella, but the story was really well written and carried over in a way that no details were lost and it did not feel rushed.  Read more…

~ SOME FAVORITE QUOTES ~

Sometimes we have to let history rest to make way for what’s coming next.

Man, all those years in college we didn’t get along, I could’ve just given you a pie and, bam, new best friend.

*       *       *

“Ah, arguing with Ava Kingsley. Just like old times.” Only back in college they’d argued in print—weekly.

*       *       *

He’s like a little kid finally getting to play with his pen pal in person.

You can’t let the thought of what other people expect be your compass, Ava.

*       *       *

I’m just saying, Ave, you might dress in jeans and a T-shirt and never wear your hair down and talk about how you’re a football-loving tomboy, but you’re also very much an attractive woman, and any man would be blind not to see it, and maybe that’s a weird thing for one friend to say to another, and now I think I might be rambling because I’m embarrassed that I said it. But whatever. It’s the truth.
