Cinematic Saturdays - TheChristmasCard

I fell in love with The Christmas Card the first time I saw it.  I love the story and the characters!  Especially Uncle Richard— how could a person not love that guy? 😉

I watch this movie every year at Christmas.  I even watch it at random times throughout the rest of the year!  And that’s saying something because I am not the type who will watch Christmas movies year-round. 😛

Really, though, this one is great and you should check it out! 😀

~ Starring ~

John Newton as Sgt. Cody Cullen
Alice Evans as Faith Spelman
Edward Asner as Luke Spelman
Peter Jason as Uncle Richard

…and here’s a list of the Full Cast & Crew.

~ Storyline ~

In the midst of war in Afghanistan, Cody Cullen is touched by a lovely card sent by Faith Spelman from the small, picturesque town of Nevada City, California.  As months pass, the card never leaves his side, giving him the strength to survive and setting him on a mission to find her.
