Hey, y’all! 🙂

So…  My friend Mary Kate tagged me for this 100 Facts About Me post (here’s a link to her post) about a month ago and I’m finally getting around do doing it. 😉

Okay, I just gotta say that there are so many of these questions that I am dying to answer sarcastically!  So you’ll have to forgive me if I give in to the temptation. 😛

001. Real name:
Aerykah
(Nope, not my real name, but it’s the one I use on here so that’s the one I’m going with. 😉 )

002. Nickname:
Aery  &  JJ

003. Favorite color:
Green– just about any shade.  And Blue– mostly turquoise & dark blues.

004. Male or Female:
Female

005. Elementary school:
Yes.

006. Middle school:
Yes.

007. High school:
Yes– graduated in 2009.
(Okay, I suppose the correct answer to this & the last 2 questions is: Homeschool since I did school at home K-12. 😉 )

008. College:
No.  I’ve never had any plans or desires to go to college.

009. Hair color:
Dark red-brown.
(Though I’m planning to use natural, chemical-free henna & indigo to dye it black soon. 😉 )

010. Tall or Short:
Tall-ish, I guess (I’m 5’7″).

011. Sweats or jeans:
Definitely jeans.

012. Phone or camera:
Camera for sure!  I can live without a phone, but I don’t think I could without a camera.

013. Health freak:
Take this however you like, but I have never been called a health freak. 😛

014. Orange or apple:
Apple– Honeycrisp, Fuji, Gala, Granny Smith…..  Yum! 😀

015. Do you have a crush on someone:
Mm… not really.
(Come on!  If I did have a crush on someone, do you really think I would say so?)

016. Guy friends or girl friends:
Both, thank you. 😉

017. Piercings:
Yes.  I have four.

018. Pepsi or coke:
Neither.  Ick!
(I much prefer Dr. Pepper and Cream Soda — those are my two favorites. 😉 )

019. Have you been in a airplane:
Yes, twice.  I flew to Georgia and back with my mom and sister when I was… 14, I think.

020. Have you been in a relationship:
Yes.

021. Have you been in a car accident:
Yes, two.  They were minor accidents.  I was not driving either time.  And nobody was hurt in either one.

022. Have you been in a fist fight:
Um… sorta.  But not a real fist fight.  Just…..  You’d have to understand my family.  My brothers & I wrestled a lot, but the only fist fights we got into were fake.  In fact, as teenagers, Bro #2 and I had our timing perfected so that he could fake punch me in the face and I could react so that it looked very realistic.  I thought his best friend was actually going to hurt him one time because he thought my brother had really hit me.  I still laugh about that… 😀

023. First piercing:
My ears– I think I was 9 years old.

024. Best friend:
My sister.  Yes, really. 😉

025. First award:
I really have no idea.  Probably something in Sunday School.

026. First crush:
My oldest brother’s best friend.  Yeah… he’s about 15 years older than me, but hey!  I’m rather proud that I had such good taste at such a young age.  haha! 😛

027. First word:
I don’t really remember.  I mean, I was kinda young at the time…
(And, honestly, I’m pretty sure my mom is in bed by now so I can’t exactly ask her.  Besides that, after having 7 kids, I’m not entirely sure I can trust her memory where my first word is concerned. 😛 )

028. Any talent:
I play the piano…..  (Thanks to my sister for teaching me!) …and I guess my photography counts?

My brother.  I asked him, “Is he watching Captain America 2?”
(Just so you know… the answer was: “Yep!”  Which means that I’m going to have to take a break from this post for a little while so I don’t miss my favorite part!)

030. Last person you texted:
My sister.

031. Last person(s) you watched a movie with:
My dad.  We watched Jane Austen’s Persuasion (2007 movie).

032. Last thing you ate:
A “Monster Cookie”.
(Probably won’t be eating another one…  The dough tastes way better than the baked cookie.)

033. Last movie/TV show you watched:
Jane Austen’s Sense & Sensibility (2008 mini-series).

034. Last song you listened to:
Just Be Held by Casting Crowns
(This is one of my very favorite songs, by the way.)

035. Last thing you bought:
The ingredients for 3 Golden Lemon Cheese Pies (which my family has always called cheesecakes).

“My boys”.  I sometimes refer to them as Bro #6 and Bro #7.  They’re actually my cousins, but they’re more like little brothers/sons to me.  Just sent them off to bed. 🙂

Hahaha!!  I’m sorry… this just makes me laugh!  Hm… I’m assuming this is referring to clothing, yes? 😛  In that case, I really like yoga pants, but only to lounge around the house.  Otherwise, I’d have to say jeans or a skirt. 😉

040. Flower:
Daisy– they’re such happy-looking flowers, don’t you think? 😉

041. Animal:
Probably dogs.  In particular, Newfoundlands. 🙂

Well, it’s getting kinda late-ish in my part of the world (nearly 1:00 AM) so my grand plans for the rest of tonight are: head to bed where I’ll read for a while before going to sleep. 😉

072. Waiting for:
When I first filled out this list, my answer to this question was: My sister’s baby to be born!  Seriously, that is the most exciting thing in my life right now. 😀
Though I’m also waiting for the college football playoffs semifinal game between Oklahoma and Clemson on New Year’s Eve. 😉
(Well… my sister’s baby was born on Dec. 29th — a healthy, adorable new nephew for me! 😀  The playoffs, however, were….. well, kinda disappointing.  Yeah, my team lost.  But the team that beat them lost in the final playoff game so– 😛 )

Absolutely.

074. Want to get married:
Definitely.

075. Want to travel:
I’ve always enjoyed travelling and wanted to travel more — I’d just never want to travel by myself.

076. Lips or eyes:
Yes, please.  I’d like him to have two of each, if at all possible. 😛

077. Shorter or taller:
Taller.  Or, at least, not shorter…
(All my brothers are about 6′ or taller so when a guy is shorter than me it just… it feels kinda strange.)

078. Younger or older:
Older.
(Mostly because younger kinda makes me think of my little [*ahem* younger] brothers.)

079. Romantic or spontaneous:
Romantic.
(Can you really only have one or the other??)

080. Trouble-maker or hesitant:
Well, since I don’t want a trouble-maker, I guess I’ll go with hesitant.
(Though, again, I don’t see that you can only have one or the other of these options…)

081. Hook-up or relationship:
Relationship only.  Hook-up is definitely not an option.

082. Looks or personality:
Both?! 😀
(Okay, okay…  Personality.  Really, what are looks if your personality is awful??)

083. Lost glasses:
Yes.  Only once or twice, though!  Just don’t ask if I’ve ever broken glasses…… 😐

084. Snuck out of the house:
Once.  But it was only to seek out some peace & quiet on a particularly trying evening.  I think I ended up sitting on our trampoline for a couple hours before someone came looking for me.

085. Held a gun/knife in self defense:
Held them?  Yes.  Used them?  Yes.  In self-defense?  Never.  And I hope I never need to.

086. Killed somebody:
What would y’all say if I said “YES”?  Hmmm…..?
Okay, honestly?  No, I’ve never killed someone.  Why would you even ask that?! 😯
(And would you really expect me to tell you if I had??)

087. Broke someone’s heart:
I don’t know for sure, but I probably have broken someone’s heart in some way at some point.

088. Been in love:
Hm… No, I don’t think so.  Not really.

089. Cried when someone died:
Too many times… 😥

Absolutely!!  I am a miracle.  Life itself is a miracle.

Not really, no.
(Okay… well, maybe love at first sight of a baby or child.  So I suppose it would depend on what type of love.)

Yes!! 🙂

094. Santa Claus:
No.  In fact, I think I may have, as a child, spoiled it for some of my cousins by telling them that Santa did not, in fact, bring them gifts. 😛

095. Aliens:
Hm…..  No. 😛

096. Ghosts/Angels:
Angels?  Yes.  Ghosts?  No.  At least not in the way that most people do.
(I believe that “ghosts” are actually demons.  So they are real, they just aren’t what many people think they are.)

Assuming you don’t mean “be with” as in “be in a relationship with…..
My brother.  What I wouldn’t give for a couple of quality hours with him– just spend time with him like we used to do.  I really miss that….. 😦

I think so, yes. 🙂

099. Do you believe in God:
Absolutely, positively yes!!

100. Music or art:
Isn’t music art?
